Nissan dealerships seeking to recruit or upskill apprentices can rely on our Recruitment Team to advertise vacancies on government sites, social media and at careers events. Candidates complete an application and online assessment, initial telephone interviews are conducted, and a shortlist is provided to the employer for internal interviews. Existing employees can also be enrolled onto the programme.
The size of your business, number of employees and annual wage bill determines whether you are a levy or non-levy employer - see the government's guides on employing an apprentice and managing apprenticeship funds for more information.
