Training Delivery Model
Digital Training
On-demand learning via personal devices, with continuously expanding e-learning opportunities.
Block Release Training
Training is carried out over a number of weeks at Nissan's Doncaster training centre, Parkside Business Park, Spinners Road, Doncaster, DN2 4LT. Overnight accommodation is required depending on location.
Accommodation
Apprentices stay at the Hellaby Hall Hotel, Rotherham, South Yorks, S66 8EX, including breakfast, evening meals, Wi-Fi and leisure facilities, with lunch provided at the training centre. Rooms are on a twin-sharing basis (following our Safeguarding Policy) unless the employer specifies and pays for single occupancy. All costs are covered by the employer.
Progress Reviews
Periodic safeguarding and development reviews take place with trainers and employers, with SMART targets agreed for the ensuing period.
