Safeguarding
Safeguarding is a set of proactive policies, practices and procedures, grounded in law, policy and values, that aims to keep apprentices and staff safe from a wide range of potential harm.

Service Advisor Apprenticeship - Suzuki- Bradford
We are looking for the next generation of enthusiastic and hardworking customer service apprentices that share our passion for the automotive industry and delivery of the best possible customer service. You will be responsible for administrative and customer relation aspects of service department operations. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification on a remote basis over a 15-18 month period. A full UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.

Applicants must be committed to travelling to Doncaster to attend our Suzuki Training Centre for block release training every 6-8 weeks.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license or is learning to drive with a view to pass within the apprenticeship. You must be available to work alternate Saturdays.

Apprentice Vehicle Technician Level 3 - Suzuki - Hereford
This Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship Automotive opportunity with Baylis (Gloucester) Ltd is based in Hereford, Herefordshire.This role provides a strong foundation in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, allowing you to develop the technical skills required to become a qualified Car Service Technician. You will benefit from manufacturer training with Suzuki, gaining insight into the latest tools, technology, and repair techniques used by leading brands. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of non-franchise vehicles, giving you broader experience across different makes and models and helping you build a well-rounded and adaptable skill set. A full UK driving license is required for this role.
