Service Technician - Level 3 (3 years)

Focuses on vehicle technologies, diagnostic principles, and light vehicle maintenance, including electric and hybrid vehicles.

Customer Service - Level 2 (12 months, plus 3 months End Point Assessment)

Develops communication, customer interaction and business awareness skills.

Motorcycle Technician - Level 3 (3 years)

Covers frame construction, engine systems, electrical systems, diagnostics and emerging motorcycle technologies.

ATV Technician - Level 3 (3 years)

Similar to the Motorcycle Technician programme, but specialised for all-terrain vehicle systems and maintenance.

This Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship Automotive opportunity with Baylis (Gloucester) Ltd is based in Hereford, Herefordshire.This role provides a strong foundation in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, allowing you to develop the technical skills required to become a qualified Car Service Technician. You will benefit from manufacturer training with Suzuki, gaining insight into the latest tools, technology, and repair techniques used by leading brands. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of non-franchise vehicles, giving you broader experience across different makes and models and helping you build a well-rounded and adaptable skill set. A full UK driving license is required for this role.
