Block Release Training
Residential training is delivered at our Doncaster facility, with accommodation provided at the Hellaby Hall Hotel in Rotherham.
Progress Reviews
Workplace progress reviews take place periodically, with SMART targets set and agreed with your trainer and employer.
The programme uses a blended approach, combining employer training with formal instruction.

Service Advisor Apprenticeship - Suzuki- Bradford
We are looking for the next generation of enthusiastic and hardworking customer service apprentices that share our passion for the automotive industry and delivery of the best possible customer service. You will be responsible for administrative and customer relation aspects of service department operations. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification on a remote basis over a 15-18 month period. A full UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.

This Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship Automotive opportunity with Baylis (Gloucester) Ltd is based in Hereford, Herefordshire.This role provides a strong foundation in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, allowing you to develop the technical skills required to become a qualified Car Service Technician. You will benefit from manufacturer training with Suzuki, gaining insight into the latest tools, technology, and repair techniques used by leading brands. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of non-franchise vehicles, giving you broader experience across different makes and models and helping you build a well-rounded and adaptable skill set. A full UK driving license is required for this role.
