Join a busy property and estate agency in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter! Gain hands-on experience in client communication, record keeping, property marketing, finance, and office support. Work closely with a small, supportive team while developing key skills for a career in business administration.

What You'll Do at WorkAnswer phones in the office and provide great advice to clients. Create and maintain accurate records. Maintain the client database (CRM). Support promotion of the business. Create brochures to help market commercial properties. Arrange boards for vacant properties. Support the preparation of property reports. Type up plans provided by the surveyor. Upload details to the website. Assist with local property viewings. Assist with finance processes such as invoicing and banking. Deal with customers. Send emails. Carry out other general admin duties including data entry.
