You’ll support colleagues across the business with day-to-day administration, customer communication, document management, data entry and operational tasks. You’ll work in a professional, technology-focused environment and gain an insight into international payments, foreign exchange and financial services.
What you'll do at work
As a Business Administration Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support across the business.
Managing and organising documents, records and business information.
Maintaining accurate client and company records.
Responding to emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries.
Supporting customer and client administration.
Helping coordinate meetings, appointments and internal communications.
Preparing spreadsheets, reports, presentations and other business documents.
Inputting, updating and maintaining information on internal systems and databases.
Supporting the onboarding and administration of new clients and business partners.
Assisting colleagues with day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups.
Monitoring outstanding actions and helping ensure tasks are completed on time.
Communicating professionally with clients, partners and colleagues.
Handling confidential information in line with company procedures.
Supporting compliance, data protection and information security processes.
Assisting with business projects and other administrative activities.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across different areas of the business.
You’ll also gain an understanding of how international payments, foreign exchange and financial services operate within a technology-driven business.
