HR Apprentice – Greendale Group
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Greendale Group team as an HR Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources while working towards a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience across recruitment, HR administration, employee records, and project work, supporting both Greendale Farm Shop and the wider Greendale Group.

Responsibilities:
• Handling day to day queries on a range of topics
• Assisting the HR team with recruitment, administration and project tasks
• Using HR systems to maintain and update records
• Building relationships and rapport across departments
Requirements:
• A genuine interest in a career in HR and a desire to develop your knowledge
• Grade 5 or above in GCSE English
• IT and Microsoft Office confidence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Admin experience is a bonus but isn’t essential for the right candidate.

Key Information:
Start Date: 7th September 2026, with an induction morning at Exeter College on 2nd September
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Duration of Apprenticeship: 18 months
Location: 4 days at Greendale Business Park and 1 day at Exeter College (Tuesday - term time)
Hourly Rate: TBC
