360 Office BA Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Business Administration
Apprentice to join our team and develop a wide range of administrative, customer
service and business skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is at the beginning of their career
and wants to gain practical experience within a growing technology and business
services company while working towards a recognised Level 3 Business
Administrator qualification.
You will work closely with different members of the 360 Office team, supporting the
smooth running of day-to-day business operations. You will gain experience across
areas such as administration, customer service, sales support, purchasing, finance,
data management and general office coordination.
The role would suit someone who is organised, reliable, confident communicating
with people and keen to learn. You do not need extensive previous office
experience—we are looking for the right attitude and someone who is willing to
develop.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Administration Apprentice, your duties may include:
• Providing general administrative support to the 360 Office team.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails in a professional and helpful
manner.
• Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors.
• Processing customer and supplier information accurately.
• Updating company systems, databases and records.
• Preparing documents, reports, quotations and correspondence.
• Supporting the sales team with administration and customer enquiries.
• Assisting with customer orders, deliveries and supplier communications.
• Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Assisting with stock and office supply administration.
• Maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.
• Scheduling meetings and helping to coordinate appointments.
• Supporting customer service activities and helping ensure customers receive a
positive experience.
• Assisting with company communications and marketing administration when
required.
• Carrying out data entry and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date.
• Helping with general office organisation and administration.
• Learning how the different areas of a Managed Service Provider work together,
including IT, print, telecoms and business services.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your confidence and knowledge develop.
Training & Development:
As part of your apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 3 Business
Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
You will receive on-the-job training and support from the 360 Office team while
developing practical skills in areas including:
• Business administration
• Customer service
• Communication
• Organisation and time management
• Microsoft Office and digital systems
• Data management
• Finance and invoicing processes
• Sales and customer support
• Business operations
• Professional workplace behaviours
360 Office works extensively with technology and business software, so this role
provides an opportunity to develop strong digital skills alongside traditional
administration experience. The company also works with leading technology
providers including Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Ricoh, Kyocera, BT and others.
