Recruiter Apprentice Level 3

You’ll develop the skills to build strong client and candidate relationships, manage recruitment processes and work towards taking responsibility for your own recruitment desk.
What you’ll be doing
Complete recruitment administration and maintain accurate records
Use recruitment and payroll systems to manage information
Create, advertise and monitor job vacancies
Source, screen and shortlist candidates
Support interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Assist with sales, marketing and business development activities
Identify new business opportunities and help develop the recruitment desk
Match candidates with suitable vacancies based on their skills and experience
Communicate with candidates and clients by phone, email, online meetings and other channels
Provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
Follow relevant recruitment, employment and business legislation
Respond to queries and complaints, escalating where appropriate
Work towards independently managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience develop
What you’ll learn

Previous recruitment experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Qualifications
You’ll need:
GCSE English at grade 4/C or above
GCSE Maths at grade 4/C or above
Any additional qualifications or relevant experience can also be considered.
Apprenticeship and development
You’ll work towards a Level 3 Recruiter qualification while gaining practical experience in a recruitment environment.
Training is delivered within the workplace, supported by a dedicated tutor. One-to-one tutoring sessions and a tailored development plan will help you build the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become a competent recruiter.
As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, work towards managing your own recruitment desk and progress within the recruitment sector.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
