Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3)

You’ll receive hands-on training and support while developing valuable skills in administration, communication, organisation and customer service. As a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to take on responsibility and build a long-term career within the business.
What you’ll be doing
Answering and directing telephone calls
Filing and organising documents
Processing purchase orders and administrative forms
Printing, scanning and archiving documents
Supporting the team with general office administration
Assisting engineers with administrative requirements
Updating and maintaining records
Handling information accurately and confidentially
Using Microsoft Office and other office systems
Monitoring office supplies and resources
Communicating professionally with colleagues and other stakeholders
Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
Learning new systems and processes as required

Qualifications
GCSE English and Maths at grades 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent.
Previous office experience is not essential as full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, develop their skills and build a career in office administration.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
