We have a secure processing facility and sales offices in Manchester. We provide services for clients all over the UK, using our fleet of own drivers and satellite tracked vehicles.
Job description:
Join our team as a motivated IT Production Technician Apprentice, working in the role has excellent career opportunities to progress rapidly.
This role will be working within our data erasure facility specialising in the processing of laptops, desktops, servers and more. This will include data sanitisation or destruction of data bearing items, testing, and grading such items to produce an accurate report of the functionality and condition of each item within the production environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Auditing IT hardware into our system
Erasing data using our specialist software and processes
Testing and grading equipment on our system
General IT hardware roles as fit to the business.
General warehouse duties

Skills required
Good IT skills required.
IT Hardware experience.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Team Player.
Previous experience in production warehouse would be advantageous.
Qualifications required
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance.
Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
Support the information systems needs for your business.
