Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice (Level 3)

Role OverviewJoin a dynamic team in a versatile, hands-on Multi-Channel Marketer (Level 3) apprenticeship. This role combines digital marketing, content production, multimedia creation, event management, and key business administration tasks.

You will play a direct role in creating engaging social media content, managing digital marketing platforms, organizing events, and supporting the launch and operations of exclusive travel and retreat experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Content CreationSocial Media: Design, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Instagram (Reels, Carousels, Stories) and LinkedIn.Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual materials.Email & Web Marketing: Build and manage campaigns in Mailchimp; update WordPress pages, landing pages, and sales funnels.Video & Photography: Capture and edit engaging short-form video content and photography at events, workshops, and business interviews.
2. Events & Business AdministrationEvent Coordination: Set up and manage Eventbrite listings; assist in planning, preparing, and hosting events, workshops, and retreats.Travel & Hospitality Support: Research destinations, venues, flights, and accommodation to support luxury retreat and experience offerings.CRM & Operations: Maintain CRM systems, update customer records, manage diaries, schedule appointments, and liaise with suppliers and clients.

Ideal Skills & Requirements

1. Design Eye: Strong aesthetic sense with an interest in digital content creation, photography, and short-form video.
2. Software Aptitude: Confident with Canva (or highly motivated to master it), comfortable learning new marketing technologies, and interested in AI tools.
3. Organizational Strengths: Comfortable managing administrative systems, maintaining CRM hygiene, and coordinating diaries accurately.
4. Communication: Clear, confident spoken and written communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
5. Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
