ICT Apprenticeship - Support Technician

As part of the IT support team, you will provide first-line technical support to customers and develop practical skills across a wide range of technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and gain valuable industry experience.
What You'll Do
Duties will include:
Providing first-line technical support to customers via remote support tools.
Assisting users with IT-related queries and troubleshooting issues.
Managing and administering user accounts.
Configuring and preparing computers, laptops and other devices.
Supporting office administration tasks where required.
Accompanying engineers on customer site visits and installations.
Learning to use remote support and network management systems.
Supporting a variety of technologies including Windows PCs, Macs, iPads, Chromebooks and Windows Servers.
Gaining experience with networking technologies such as switches, wireless networks and VLANs.
Assisting with VoIP, CCTV and access control systems.
