Apprenticeship Support
Your well-being is of paramount importance to us during the apprenticeship journey. Learning styles are not all the same for each apprentice, and everyone learns at different paces - we aim to provide you with all the resources and tools to progress, including additional support and guidance where required, both in the classroom environment and during one-to-one sessions.
Female Support
We are always particularly pleased to welcome female apprentices. Females are very much in the minority in the motor industry, and we are committed to treating female apprentices in exactly the same way as their male colleagues.
Under-Represented Groups
We are committed to working with stakeholders to ensure that under-represented groups all have the same opportunities for a long and fulfilling career in the industry.
Support Network
All apprentices receive guidance and support from their trainer, who is the first point of contact for concerns or difficulties, with an additional point of contact and a female support contact available for apprentices who prefer an alternative channel.
