Recruiting an Apprentice
Our Recruitment Team will explain the apprentice recruitment process, advertising vacancies on government sites, social media and at careers events. Candidates complete an application form and online assessment, initial telephone interviews are conducted, and a shortlist of applicants is provided for your internal interview process. Existing employees can also be enrolled onto an apprenticeship.
Levy & Non-Levy Funding
The size of your business, number of employees and annual wage bill determines whether you are a levy or non-levy employer. Employers in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland should contact our recruitment team for more information, as each UK nation manages its own apprenticeship programmes.
