Start your marketing career with a role that combines real workplace experience and professional training. You'll support digital marketing activities, create engaging content and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns while working towards a Level 4 Marketing Executive qualification.
What You'll Do at Work
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the business's marketing activities and helping to grow brand awareness.
This varied role may include:
Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms
Supporting the production of marketing materials including videos, brochures, presentations and promotional content
Contributing ideas for new marketing initiatives and campaigns
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools
Updating and maintaining website content where required
Supporting the organisation and promotion of events, exhibitions or networking activities
Liaising with colleagues, customers and external suppliers to support marketing projects
Supporting managers with ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects
Developing content that reflects the company's brand and values
Skills required
Desirable Skills and Experience

GCSE English (Grade 4/C or above) desirable
GCSE Maths (Grade 4/C or above) desirable
Interest in digital marketing and social media
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience creating content or presentations
Ability to use initiative
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong written communication skills
Confidence sharing ideas and contributing to projects

Training you'll get
Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship. Next Level can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course. These workshops occur once every 2 weeks online via Teams and in-person. You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager, and yourself, to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work. If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship.
