What you'll do at work
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails
Creating and scheduling social media content
Arranging and managing client appointments
Updating records and maintaining accurate information
Preparing emails, documents and other administrative paperwork
Using Microsoft Office and other digital systems
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration
Handling information confidentially and following company procedures
Communicating with clients and colleagues by phone, email and online platforms
Assisting with meetings, appointments and general office organisation
Supporting projects and helping with improvements to administrative processes
Requirements
Essential qualifications:
GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship.

Training
You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification alongside gaining practical workplace experience.

Communicating with customers and colleagues
Organising meetings and appointments
Managing priorities and meeting deadlines
Supporting projects and business processes
Handling confidential information
Identifying and suggesting improvements to workplace processes
